A large number of partners and communities have been involved in the creation of this years annual report. These partners have worked tirelessly to improve health and wellbeing across Oxfordshire and with the right support will continue to do so.
I want to say a genuine thank you to everyone who has been part of this work to tackle health inequalities across Oxfordshire.
We couldn’t have made this progress without the support of our district and city councils, our health partners, and the fantastic voluntary and community sector organisations who work so closely with residents every day. I’m especially grateful to the residents who shared their lived experiences with us - your honesty and insight have shaped this work and made it stronger.
A big thank you as well to the report delivery team - Kate Austin, Fiona Ruck, Charlotte Knowles, Lucy Bates and Gemma Hefferon for your hard work, creativity and determination in bringing this report together.
And my thanks to the steering group who worked closely with us to develop the themes of the annual report - Kate Holburn, Adam Briggs, Hollie Ramm, Laura Brennan, Reece Remedios, Tom Gubbins, Prof Jessica Allen and Emma Collins.
This has been a truly collaborative effort, and I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together. I’m looking forward to continuing this partnership work as we keep pushing for a fairer, healthier Oxfordshire.
